You can make an appointment online or by phone or you can also just stop in at your own convenience to set up the appointment in person.

We have a secure after hours drop box that allows customers to drop off their vehicles the night before their appointment and leave the keys with us by placing them in the drop box on the west side of the building just next to our overhead service doors.

 
For those who plan to wait while their car or truck is being serviced, we have a spacious, clean customer lounge with comfortable seating.  This area includes free cable television and wireless internet.

Loaner vehicles are provided to customers on a first-come-first-serve basis because we don’t want your personal schedule to be interrupted should you ever incur a lengthy repair.  But we know that “things happen” as the saying goes and that’s why we try to keep a good supply of loaner vehicles on hand a available. 

The Runde of Platteville service staff can also make the accommodation of picking up your car or truck from your residence or from your place of work and then return it right back to you when your vehicle is ready.  If you’re from Platteville or the surrounding area and do not feel comfortable coming to the dealership, please let our staff know and we’ll have one of our trusted concierge drivers bring your vehicle into the dealership for you. 

And once your vehicle is here, rest assured it will be worked on by factory trained technicians.
