The 14th annual Dubuque-Wisconsin High School Rodeo competition will be May 20-21 at the Dubuque County Fair Grounds/Tri-State Equine Park. Today I had the opportunity to get to know Francis Munns (who goes by Frankie) from Stitzer Wisconsin.   The township of Stitzer is about 50 miles away from our Runde PreDriven store where she purchased her daughters’ new car today.
