OWI Laws are there for a reason and it’s good to be familiar with them.  Of course the safest path is always not to drive if you’ve been drinking.  With taxis and uber drivers, there are so many affordable options available now where there should never be a reason for people to even consider driving while under the influence.  We just got done talking about being careful on the roads during the holidays and the importance of not drinking and driving.
