Looks like the 2013 Dodge Dart has been turning some heads at the North American International Auto Show. The small sedan was voted “Most Significant Vehicle” in the show by AutoWeek! What gave the Dart this prestigious acknowledgement? Could be the starting manufacturer’s retail price of under $16,000.
