Mike and Anita P. of Lena, IL, said they weren’t sure if they were crazy when they left Runde Chevrolet on Tuesday. “We’ve never bought two vehicles on the same day,” Mike said. Anita drove off the lot in a red 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab and Mike drove away in a black 2018 Chevrolet Cruze. Their salesperson was Dave Frazier. “He’s the reason we’re here,” Anita said. Mike agreed, “He’s just a good guy. We don’t really call anybody else but Dave.” Mike, Anita, and their family members have bought many vehicles from Runde’s. For Mike and Anita, it’s been mostly trucks. “It’s been 18 years since we had a car,” Anita said. “We’ve had trucks for a while.” They still have a 1999 Tahoe that they don’t plan on ever getting rid of.
