It’s just around the corner, folks – the 2014 Julien Dubuque International Film Festival! Now in its third year, the festival has put Dubuque on the map as having one of the top notch film festivals around!  Runde Auto Group was able to speak with the Julien Film Festival’s Executive Director to see what’s new for the 2014 Festival and what we can expect from the rousing honorary chair, Abigail Breslin (from Little Miss Sunshine).
