An eligible vehicle purchased or leased under this program must be used for the personal, noncommercial use/ transportation of the eligible purchaser. It is prohibited under the program to purchase/lease and register/title an eligible vehicle and then surrender the vehicle for part or all of the required retention period to any other person. In addition, it is prohibited under this program to purchase/lease an eligible vehicle for commercial use or to title the vehicle in a business name. Eligible vehicles purchased or leased under this program must be registered, licensed, titled, insured and owned by the participant. Eligible vehicles may also be titled in the name of a living trust that bears the name of the participant. Customers must provide driver's license and authorization number to dealer prior to delivery of the vehicle.  Eligibility for firefighters, police or EMT/paramedics is verified through www.id.me.  For complete information on the registration process, visit id.me/about.   Authorization number is confirmation of customer eligibility.  911 dispatchers must register by visiting gmfirstresponderdiscount.com and clicking on the 'dispatcher sign in' button.  Authorization number is confirmation of customer eligibility.  For 911 dispatchers, a valid, current 911 training and education document or a 911 id card that contains the participant's full name must be retained in the deal jacket.  For all customers, a copy of the customer's driver's license with license number redacted and GMVPP approval code document must be retained in the deal file.  Excludes select base trims on select models and Corvette.  Not available with some offers.  Customer must take delivery by program expiration date.  Not everyone will qualify for this incentive.
