Kurt Larson, who has worked for Runde’s for the past 6 years, worked his last day of the summer yesterday. Will this be the end of his tenure at Runde Chevrolet? We hope not.
One thing we do know for sure is that he’s always welcome to come back and work for us again. Kurt is a top notch employee who always did exceptional work in and around the dealership. He has always been a dependable worker (a definite go-to guy) and to be completely honest, that’s not something you see too often these days with employees who are in their teen years or early 20’s.
After graduating from Augustana College in the Quad Cities earlier this year, Kurt came back to Runde’s again to work and save up money for Dentistry School.
He’ll be attending Midwest University’s College of Dental Medicine in Downer’s Grove, IL this fall and we have no doubt that he’ll be successful. We wish him the best in all his future endeavors.
Chris Duddeck from our Reconditioning Dept. asked Kurt on his last day, “What is the thing that you’ll miss the most about working here?” And Kurt replied, “The cars … definitely the cars. There’s never a shortage of nice cars around this place.”
Thanks again, Kurt Larson, for all the work that you’ve done for Runde’s over the years and good luck to you in the future.
