Yesterday, GMC revealed the all-new GMC Terrain on Facebook Live at the Detroit Auto Show.
The 5-passenger crossover SUV will have three available turbocharged engines: 1.5L and 2L gas engines, and a 1.6L turbo diesel. It has a whole new look with C-shaped signature LED lighting an aerodynamic, muscular stance. Inside, it features fold-flat seats, including the front passenger seat, a re-designed electronic shifter, and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto compatibility!
“It is a striking design with functional beauty,” said Helen Emsley, executive director of Global GMC Design, in a press release. “There’s confidence and optimism in its stance, with exceptional attention to detail that speaks to GMC’s rise as a premium brand.”
The new electronic shifter creates more room in the center console, but it may take some getting used to! It also has a Traction Select system, which allows you to choose your traction based on driving conditions.
It will be available in SL, SLE, SLT and Denali trim levels when it arrives at our Runde Chevrolet Buick GMC dealership in Platteville this summer!
