Jared Puls Joins Runde Chevrolet Team

Jared Puls is no stranger to the inner workings of Runde Auto Group.

He has worked part-time in the past at Runde Chevrolet in East Dubuque, and has quite a few family connections to the business.

Jared is the great grandson of founder Alfred Runde, thus a fourth generation Runde. He’s also the nephew of the owners of Runde Auto Group; twin brother of Tim Runde’s sales assistant, Jacob Puls; and son of Runde IT professional, Jim Puls.

Before starting his full-time career at Runde’s, he was working as an Internal Auditor for GreenState Credit Union. He is excited for the new challenge.

“I want the opportunity to help people find a vehicle that best fits their needs,” Jared said. “I believe buying a vehicle can be an intimidating experience, and I want customers to feel comfortable with their purchase.”

Jared grew up in East Dubuque and went to Augustana College, where he earned a degree in Accounting and Business Finance. He and his wife Libby have been married two years and have a daughter named Elle.

“She is 10 months old and doesn’t want to sit still,” Jared says. “I also have small dog named Bella. Libby, Elle, and Bella always keep life entertaining and keep me on my toes.”

They are moving back to East Dubuque from North Liberty, Iowa, to be closer to family.

Jared is a huge sports fan – he loves the Green Bay Packers, Chicago Cubs, and Fighting Illini.
