The tailgate on this truck has been completely designed with you in mine … meaning the engineers tried to think of you (the customer) as they were designing the bed and tailgate for the truck.  The tailgate, itself, is light and easy to operate to the point where you’re able to lift and close it with just one finger.  Now that’s light!  Located just below the tailgate on the corners of the rear bumper are nice assist steps that allow you to easily step up into the box of the truck when needed and the steps have been designed so that they can easily accommodate a large steel-toe boot.   On the inside of the box, there’s definitely a lot of space to haul cargo and there are up to 21 tie-downs you can make use of on a daily basis.  Toward the back of the box on the side is a 120-Volt outlet that’s great for outdoor, do-it-yourself activities so you’ll be able to plug in an electric saw or a vacuum cleaner no matter where you are.  How’s that for utility?  And let’s not forget that the truck is also equipped with a nicely integrated standard factory-installed tow hitch that will allow you to easily tow a boat or a good-size trailer.

The vehicle also comes equipped with state of the art technology like Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto.  These features will actually help a young driver (or any driver for that matter) keep their eyes on the road by enabling them to control their smartphones in the vehicle via voice commands.  And we all know that when your eyes are on the road instead of on your phone’s screen, it makes it safer for everyone.
