A Ford Flex from Runde’s for a North Dakota Family

Robert and Katherine Wick live in Williston, North Dakota, but that didn’t stop them from getting a vehicle from Runde Auto Group.

The couple was looking for a 2014 Ford Flex SEL AWD in any color other than red, black, or white, with bucket seats in the second row.

“You wouldn’t think that would be too difficult to find, but you’d be surprised,” Katherine said.

She searched the Internet and finally found the one she wanted at Runde Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Manchester, IA. With Runde Auto Group’s large inventory of vehicles, we had plenty of options for them!

Their salesperson was Sean Dailey.

“He was great,” Katherine said. “He was very nice and concerned and very low key, not pushy, which is great. He was always willing to work with us on our Ford Flex and step up to do something extra. We financed through Ford and there were great incentives.”

Runde Auto Group also made getting the vehicle to the Wick family convenient.

“I was going to call a car carrier and have them ship it up here and he said for the price of the carrier, we could have a couple guys drive it up to you,” she said. “We worked out the delivery details and that got it here weeks earlier. Every step of the way, you guys were great.”

The Ford Flex has plenty of room for the entire Wick family, which includes three kids and their dog, a German Shepard mix.

“It’s a family vehicle,” Katherine said.
