Customer service is extremely important to Kathy and Robert Simon. Today they were reminded why they keep coming back to Runde Auto Group: the dealership’s dedication to customer satisfaction.
The Dubuque couple purchased a white Chevrolet Corvette Convertible, but their salesman Mark Fleege didn’t disappear after the deal was complete. Just the opposite actually.
The heart of great customer service ultimately comes down to time … Mark takes the time to work with his customers, he takes the time to explain things to his customers, and he also takes the time to make sure has has met all of his customers’ needs. That’s customer service and that’s Runde Auto Group.
Mark has worked for Runde’s for so long that excellent customer service is actually encoded into his DNA strands. All kidding aside though, Kathy and Robert were thankful to Mark for going over all the features of their new vehicle. Robert even got a refresher course on how to drive a stick shift.
“I used to get stick shifts all the time, but it has been quite a while,” Robert said. “This is seven-speed, but Mark said don’t worry about it, he’ll show me how.”
This is the third vehicle they have purchased from Mark at Runde Chevrolet in East Dubuque, IL.
“He has a good personality,” Robert said. “He’s easy to get along with.”Robert said they may take the Corvette up to Door County a few times to visit a friend there, but otherwise they plan to drive it around Dubuque.
“I’ve wanted one of these for a long time,” he said. “I needed another car and I like it.”
But he added that Kathy had the final say. “She liked the white,” he said.
