Jr. and Dora S. have big plans for their new Dodge Grand Caravan.
The couple, who lives in Farley, recently bought a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan at Runde Auto Group’s Manchester location. Dora said she is excited to use the van for delivering flowers for her daughter, as well as for carrying her 12 grand kids. Dora exclaimed, “They are going to love the new van. It rides so nice and it’s big enough to haul everyone as once … well, almost everyone.”
She said the van’s automatic doors will come in handy for the children and with the automatic safety back off sensor she won’t have to worry about any of the kids getting their small fingers pinched in the sliding doors.
“I used to have a van with the automatic doors you just click a button and they open. It’s such a nice feature and I really missed not having that over the past few years,” Dora said. “I never thought I’d get that again, but I’ve got it on my new van and I love it.”
Another reason she chose this van was its fold down seats, which allow for more room. Once the 2nd and 3rd row of seats are folded flat into the floor, the van is basically converted into a cargo van which is perfect for someone who delivers flowers to customers.
This is the second vehicle Dora bought from Runde’s. She said she loves the service she gets at the Runde dealership in Manchester.
“I was in and out in 45 minutes,” she said. “And the locations is very convenient for customers as well. Being right across the street from the Walmart in Manchester, I was able to run over there while I was waiting for my van.”
Sean Dailey was their salesman at the Manchester store.
“He’s a great salesman,” Dora said. “He did a really good job. The whole Runde staff was wonderful.”
Jr. and Dora were eager to drive off the lot in their new ride, and said another exciting milestone would soon follow – their 50th wedding anniversary is June 30. We wish them the best in all their endeavors and look forward to seeing them again soon.
