The results are in and Dubuque customers love the all-new GMC Yukon Denali.   Runde GMC has new Yukon Denalis arriving daily.  The vehicle is all new from the ground up and this stunning new Yukon is simply the epitome of the GMC brand.   The Yukon model has traditionally been a reliable, comfortable, and extremely capable SUV and this 5^th generation Yukon is no exception.  It is now bigger, smarter,  and more capable with a commanding professional grade presence.  This premium full-sized SUV is meant to be used and we’re 100% certain the streets of Dubuque and the hillsides of the surrounding areas will surely put it to the test.  It houses the first independent rear suspension on a full-size GMC SUV and that, in turn, will produce a noticeable improvement in the ride quality and handling of the vehicle.  The new Yukon is six inches longer than the previous generation which translates into a dramatic increase in 3^rd room legroom for greater ride comfort and a much larger cargo capacity. 

Some incredible new features include: 

• A first in-class available four corner air ride adaptive suspension. When equipped with this feature, the new Yukon Denali can be programmed to lower itself 2 inches while the vehicle is parked for easy entry and exit.  At highway speeds the vehicle is automatically lowered 3/4 ” for improved aerodynamics and increased fuel efficiency.  At normal driving speeds, the vehicle is neither raised nor lowered.  However, for serious off-road driving the air suspension is capable of raising the vehicle either 1 or 2 full inches for increased ground clearance.  In all, the new Yukon Denali’s air ride adaptive suspension option can adjust the height of the vehicle over a total range of 4 inches.
• The class leading nine camera views provides invaluable assistance when backing up to or connecting a trailer or boat.
• The available 15” diagonal multicolor head-up display will show your vehicle’s speed, pedestrian warnings, navigation directions and an off-road view that shows pitch, roll, and steering angles.
• An available active response 4wd system includes an Autotrac 2-speed transfer case, Stabilitrak, a traction select drive mode control center, and an electronic limited slip differential. All these systems seamlessly work together to automatically get power to the ground when you need it.  It’s so well integrated that the driver will never even know when it’s working.

One of the biggest improvements has been to the cabin’s exclusive interior.  Everything you see and touch on the dash, seating surfaces, door panels, and instrument panel of the new Yukon Denali is different from all other Yukon trim levels providing a level of uniqueness and exclusivity to the Denali that hasn’t been seen before.  For instance, the Denali uses a unique instrument panel, where leather surfaces are cut and stitched by hand in a unique Denali pattern.  There are four interior themes: Teak Light Shale, Dark Walnut w/ very Dark Ash Gray, Brownstone Jet Black, and Jet Black.  Each of the four color themes include authentic wood trim to complement it with a fully natural look and texture.  And the use fractal stitching creates a unique pattern to convey attention to detail.  Admittedly the sales staff at Runde GMC wasn’t overly impressed at the mention of “fractal stitching”, but they really liked the innovative center console that can slide backwards up to 10 inches to give the driver access to an open space that’s perfect for a purse or a shopping bag or a laptop.

Rear passengers aren’t left out as they’ll enjoy dual 12.6” high definition screens on the seatbacks giving them access to world-class in-vehicle entertainment options.
