Hi, it’s going good!

Where are you from?
Cedar Rapids.

How did you find out about Runde’s?
My friend Kenny who lives in Winthrop, IA saw one of your ads in the paper and told me to check you guys out.

What vehicle did you end up going with?
The 2008 Dodge Ram Laramie.

Is the truck for yourself or more for business use?
Yep, it’s just for me.

Will you do a lot of transporting with it?
No, it’s honestly for safety. I was in a major accident in a minivan a couple of years ago and I will never go back to that.

Where was the first place you took your new truck?
Home… then I took it to my parents’ house to show them.

Did they approve of your purchase?
Oh yes.

Is your car a female or male?
Ooo, that’s a good question. It depends on the day.  If it gets me there nice and easy and I’m taking my time, then she did good. And if he got me there fast and in a rush then he did awesome! So either or!

Did you give your new truck a name yet?
Nope.

Do you have family in Cedar Rapids?
Yes, I have three children. They all live with me.

I hear that you also run a daycare?
Yes, I run a daycare in Cedar Rapids.

So you’re busy all the time with kids?
Ooooh, yes. It can be stressful at times but if you have patience like me then its second nature, no big deal.

On a scale of 1-10, what would you rate your experience at Runde Auto Group?
I’d say a 10.

How about Sean Dailey, your salesperson, how did he treat you?
I’d definitely rate him a 10. He made my day… he made my week, he made my year.

Was it one of your better car buying experiences?
Excellent, the service was great and they really connected with me as a customer.

What’s the best thing about your new ride?
The comfort! The vehicle I traded in was a lumber wagon! It was so bouncy and you felt every single thing. The truck that I have now feels like I’m riding on a cushion of air, it’s so comfortable!

Are your friends and/or kids allowed to eat in the truck?
No.  No eating in the truck allowed!

What do you like to do in and around the Cedar Rapids area?
Well, I pretty much live at Wal-Mart! I like to go to parks with the kids and we go out to eat and watch movies.

Any movies coming up that you guys will be checking out?
We want to see the new Transylvania Hotel movie, it looks pretty cute.

Do you have any pets?
I do. I have two cats a dog and a Guinea Pig.

Are they any particular breed?
The dog is a Husky and the cats are some mixed breeds we got at the pound.

Oh wow, I have two huskies myself.
They are wonderful dogs, aren’t they?

Yeah! Except I find it hard to train mine.
Oh, you should bring them to me. I get so many compliments on how well my husky behaves. I have him trained to where if the door is open he will not go out the door.

If you were to win the lottery, what would you do with the money?
I’d buy a hobby farm. We used to own horses but after I got in my accident I wasn’t the same and I didn’t ride them as much. So hopefully someday I’ll have my farmer horses again. I love to ride horses.

If you were to go anywhere in the world on vacation, where would you go?
I’d love to see Scotland and Ireland someday and Australia as well. Just to say I stepped my foot on their soil is good enough for me.

Would you recommend Runde’s to friends and family?
Yes. I already have recommended Runde’s to a couple people in Cedar Rapids!
