The Runde Experience!

When I was hired by Runde Auto Group, I shared the story of my first car buying experience. I now have the opportunity to share my first buying experience from Runde Auto Group.

With my wife and I both owning vehicles over 10 years old, we knew it was time for a vehicle upgrade when Runde Auto Group received a delivery of new Equinoxes. We worked with Greg and Harrison Runde and agreed on a time to bring in our trade-in for an appraisal. It was nearing 6 p.m. when we arrived with our trade-in to have an inspection completed. We figured we would hear back the next day as the dealership closes at 7 p.m. We were quite surprised when we received a call that evening with not only a value for our trade-in, but three different purchase options based on the incentives that were available.

After discussing the options with my wife, I sent an email the next morning letting them know what payment structure we wanted to move forward with. About an hour later, I received a call from our finance team and answered a few simple questions. After receiving notification we were approved for financing, (it was surprising how fast that step went) we scheduled a time that evening to sign the paperwork and pick up our new vehicle.

We had the pleasure of working with Joe Falatic in the finance department. This was the first new vehicle my wife had purchased, and Joe did an excellent job of explaining every paper we were signing, and explaining the extra options that were available to us for purchase.

Once the paperwork was signed, we received a thorough tour from Harrison Runde of every feature our new vehicle has. This was very helpful to both my wife and I, and helped us avoid a lot of random button pushing.

Overall, we were very impressed with the speed and thoroughness of the entire transaction. Being an employee, I thought the process may take longer and we would be worked in when there was free time, but we were given the Runde Experience that Runde Auto Group is known for.

I would also like to give a shout out to the detailing department. They did an amazing job on getting our vehicle looking perfect when we came to pick it up and now I have the difficult task of keeping it looking that good!
