Aaron Young Named General Manager of Runde in Manchester, Iowa

Runde Auto Group is pleased to announce that Aaron Young has been named the General Manager of Runde Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Manchester.

Young, of Delhi, IA, has worked at the dealership for nine years. He began his career as a salesperson, and then worked as the dealership’s sales manager.

He will continue to sell vehicles, along with his new duties of overseeing sales and service operations at the dealership.

“I’m so honored to take on this leadership role,” Aaron said. “We’ve got a really great group of people here and I’m excited to really hit the ground running.”

In his spare time, Aaron enjoys writing, cooking, working on motorcycles, and doing random acts of kindness, as well as hanging out with his daughter, Josie, who is currently attending college.

“A big part of why I enjoy working here is the emphasis on family,” Aaron said. “It’s a really long-term family business with owners who are all actively involved and hands-on. I really want people to experience a relaxed, family atmosphere and not just buy a car, but build lasting relationships.”

He and his daughter went on an off-roading trip out West in his Jeep Gladiator last year and he is excited to do that again this year.

As a self-professed motorcycle and Jeep fanatic, he enjoys helping customers who want to personalize their rides.

“When it comes down to it, buying a vehicle should be fun,” Aaron said. “You want to get one that meets your needs, but also makes you happy to drive.”
