Our Illinois Chevrolet store is further handling sales by appointment per Illinois guidelines to control the number of people in the showroom at any one time.

Here is the latest regarding the state of Illinois’ shelter-in-place order:

Automotive dealerships have been declared essential businesses by Governor Pritzker. That means all of our dealerships, including our East Dubuque, IL dealership, remain open to help with your vehicle sales and service needs.

By remaining open, we hope to continue to provide employment for our staff members and economic support for our community. 

You can call for an appointment, and if you have an existing appointment, it will still be honored. If you do not feel comfortable coming into the dealership, we can pick up your vehicle for service and return it when it is complete. We also deliver vehicles directly to your driveway within 200 miles of our dealership. Our salespeople are, as always, available by phone, text, and email.

We have enhanced our cleaning and sanitation practices and our staff members are practicing social distancing to do our part in keeping everyone healthy.

We have already implemented plans designed to protect our guests and staff members and to help ensure our stores remain open for the convenience of our guests and their daily needs. We have enhanced our already comprehensive cleaning and sanitation processes, and continued emphasis on proper personal hygiene, including more frequent hand washing and the proper use of hand sanitizer in order to do our best to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

In the event that you do not feel comfortable visiting the dealership, our sales team would be happy to assist you with your car purchasing needs and inquiries via text, phone call and e-mail. We will continue to deliver your newly purchased or leased vehicle directly to you as always, up to 200 miles from our dealership.
