Samantha Heilig from DeWitt Iowa- Buys new Ford Taurus X

Samantha Heilig from DeWitt Iowa walked out of Runde’s with her new ’09 Ford Taurus X.  She was all smiles and in good spirits as she went home to show off her new ride to her loving family.   Samantha was kind enough to share her experience with anyone who would like to know what a kind of sales experience they can expect to get at Runde Auto Group in Manchester.

How would you rate your experience on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best and 1 being the absolute worst?
I’d give it a nine.

What did you think of your salesman?
He was very nice and did not pressure me to make the sale.

Where are you from and have you always lived in that area?
Near DeWitt Iowa and yes I have always lived in that area.

Married? Kids? Pets?
Happily married with 2 kids and lots of pets.

What are your past times / hobbies?
Spending time with my kids and pretty much any outdoor activity.

Do you and your family have a favorite vacation spot or a place where you like to go?
Wisconsin Dells and Lake of the Woods in Ontario.

What’s the funniest thing that ever happened to you?
Not sure on this question. With kids there are so many funny things that happen that you start to lose track of them all.

What led you to Runde’s in the first place and what factors led you to purchase your vehicle from us?
I found the vehicle at Runde’s on the Car Gurus website. It was originally listed too high for me to afford. When Runde’s dropped the price it gave me reason to drive nearly 2 hours to come look at the vehicle. In the end, Runde’s was able to work me on a trade and get me a car payment I can handle.

Would you recommend Runde’s to friends and family?
Yes.
