The Kartman Family – Loyal Runde Customers for Over a Decade.

Larry and Ruth Kartman and their family are long-time loyal Runde customers. For over 10 years they have trusted Runde’s to take care of all of their vehicle needs and always leave satisfied. The couple, from Potosi, Wisconsin were gracious enough to let us know what makes their experience here at Runde PreDriven so special that they come back year after year.

What brought you into Runde’s today?
We came in to get a Chevy Equinox. We’ve been coming to Runde’s for years now. We always deal with Al Kloft.

How did you first meet Al?
We dealt with him the first time we bought a vehicle, I think it was a truck, a long time ago, about 10 or 12 years. Since then we haven’t gone to anyone else.

What makes you come back to Al time and time again?
He’s a wonderful guy. He’s a great person to talk to. Since we’ve met him we have family dinners with him every so often and consider him a good friend.

Where are you guys from?
We’re from Potosi, WI. About 30 miles away.

What do you guys do there?
We used to farm, we’ve farmed all our lives. Now we are out of that.

Any kids?
Yes, four boys, they just bought our old farm which they are renting out now.

What was it like having a house with 4 boys running around?
They were working a lot.. we would put them to work.

What do you guys do these days?
We used to go out quite a bit but now my arthritis is getting bad to the point where I can’t really get out much. Now we watch quite a bit of T.V. I like Clint Eastwood movies and other Westerns.

Watch any Sports?
I watch NASCAR on T.V.

Have a favorite racer?
Matt Kenseth. He’s been racing for a while, he drives #17.

You guys cook at home a lot?
Nothing like we used to. Now we go out to eat quite a bit.

I’m sure you’re used to eating fresh farm food… is there a big difference between that and store-bought ingredients?
It’s so much better to eat the fresh farm food, there’s a big difference.  

If you were to rank your experience here on a scale of 1-10, what would you rank it?
A 10. No problems, great environment.

Anything else you’d like to add?
All of our kids buy vehicles from Runde’s and they all love it. Tell Al we’ll be seeing him again soon because we are loyal Runde customers!
