Happy Customers: The Riesselman Family Buy Chrysler Town & Country

Today we had the pleasure of getting to know a family who recently bought a Chrysler Town & Country van from us. Sharon, Darlene, Alex, Emily and Gavin took a few moments to share their experience with us.  We give you … the Riesselman Family.

How did you find Runde Auto Group and this Chrysler Town & Country?

We found you guys on the internet. Your website was very easy to navigate and we easily found what we wanted. I really like how you can narrow by the year, model and mileage, it makes it really easy to find what you are looking for.

Where is the first place you’ll take your new Chrysler Town & Country van?

Darlene: Home to see if it will fit in the garage!

Sharon: Yeah.

Why did you decide to purchase it here?

Al Kloft is a friend of the family. We know him from where I work, down at the Molo Big Ten Mart.

So Al Kloft was your salesperson?  How would you rate him?

Al, he was very helpful and friendly. I give him a 10. Everyone else up here was also very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed it here.

What’s the best thing about your new ride?

Well it is more comfortable than my old car, it has way cheaper insurance, and it’s a lot safer. I was told that my old car was no longer safe so I had to find something new.

How many people are in your family?    

We are all here. There is Gavin, who is 18 months old; Alex who is 7; and Emily who is 10.

Are you excited for school to begin again?      Why?  

Emily: Yeah, I am going to Carver this year. It will be cool to see my friends again.

Sharon:  …and your new teacher.

Emily: Yeah, I have a BOY teacher this year.

Alex: I am ready to go back to school again. I am going to Sageville this year.

Sharon: It’s not really in the tri-state area, but we really like the area up around LaCrosse.

Alex: Eagle Point Park!

Sharon: yeah, we like it up there too. But we don’t go that often. We just had a shin-ding up there.

If you were a vehicle, what vehicle would you want to be?

Sharon: I would be a BMW because they are sleek and classy. I have always loved vans too though.

Will anyone be allowed to eat in your new vehicle?

Sharon: We were just talking about that. We all agreed that maybe a drink here and there, but definitely no food. We will go to a restaurant and just eat there.

How would you rate your car buying experience with Runde Auto Group on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best?  

It was definitely a 10. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly.

What is your favorite movie of all time?

Darlene: Gone With The Wind is mine!

Sharon: Star Wars would be mine (which one?) All 6. They are all good.

Alex: Star Wars or Indiana Jones.

Emily: Spiderman 3

What will be the first CD in your new vehicle?

Sharon: Probably Miley Cyrus, we all like her.

Alex: Not me, I don’t like her!

If you could move anywhere else in the world, where would it be?

Sharon: Probably Colorado or somewhere out west with mountains.

Darlene: Virginia, It is really nice out there.

Emily: Chicago so that I could watch the Cubs.

Gavin:  (looking like he wants to add something, but just stares and remains silent.)

Describe your ideal day – what would you do – where would the road take you?

Most likely towards the mountains. Out west somewhere.

If you could only eat one food everyday for the rest of your life – what would it be?

Sharon: Pizza, then you could change the toppings.

Darlene: Sliced Tomato sandwiches.

Alex: A cow. A cow or a chicken.

Emily: Chicken sandwiches.

Gavin:  (It appeared that he was about to mouth the words “Teddy Grahams”, but he quickly turned the other direction as a loud truck drove by.)
