From the Mailbox to the Blog … Runde Buick Customer Testimonial

Below is a customer testimonial that was sent to our Runde Buick store from the Persons family from La Farge, Wisconsin. They recently purchased a Buick LeSabre Ltd from Runde’s and they after they returned home, they wrote a letter to our owners to express their gratitude and to let everyone know about the wonderful experience they had at our dealership.
To the owner of Runde Auto Group:
On Thursday, March 19th at 4:30 p.m. we were near Boscobel, WI on our way to Cuba City. We were driving our Buick LeSabre and started noticing that we were having some problems. By the time we reached Platteville, we weren’t sure if we could make it to Cuba City, but decided to try and did make it.
Our next problem was that at 6:30 the next morning, we were leaving for Madison, WI with my family to watch the Benton Zephyrs play at state tournament. My mom’s neighbor said that he would take our car to Runde Buick and have them check it out. I took the number of the service department and told the neighbor to tell the service department I would call them after the Benton game.
When I called, I got Al Dellabella. He said that they had a car that was almost a twin to ours. He said that he was working on a deal so when we got back to Cuba City we should come in and see him. We were not interested in buying a different car. We had a down payment saved up for a VW Jetta TDI wagon that we were hoping to get this summer.
Al was so accommodating to us when we arrived. He went out of his way to meet our needs. Needless to say, we bought the 2004 Buick and are very happy. We hope you realize what a great salesman you have. We really appreciate everything he did for us.
