A Letter Written to Dave Frett in the Service Department

One of our Service Advisors, Dave Frett, received a letter of appreciation from a customer yesterday.  We’re always thankful for any feedback that comes from customers.  It allows us to gauge how we are doing as a dealership and how our customers perceive us.

 

Mr. Frett,

Thank you so much for the professionalism you showed when I came in with no appointment to get my tire fixed yesterday.

I appreciated the wonderful service that you provided in a situation that you weren’t expecting. So often when people are in that type of situation, they are less than kind, so I wanted to make sure I thanked you. Thanks for all you do everyday!
